Wigwam Golf Resort & Spa

Since 1929, the legendary Wigwam Resort & Spa, nestled on 75 acres of pristine landscape, has been providing the highest quality accommodations, activities, cuisine and service. With recent renovations (20 million dollars worth) including the addition of the full service Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spa and high-end contemporary steakhouse, outstanding tennis facilities plus an assortment of recreational activities, the Wigwam sets the standard for luxury and intimacy where golfers, families, romantic couples and business groups can enjoy an invigorating and relaxing stay. Located just 25 minutes from the Sky Harbor Airport, the property is meticulously landscaped, presenting a garden-like atmosphere that seems a million miles away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life! Recipient of the AAA Four Diamond Award, Wigwam also was named as one of the "Top 10 Places to Link up with your Family" by USA Today on June of 2007!

The golf facilities include 3  championship courses ( including two Robert Trent Jones Sr designs), a full service pro shop, plus complimentary targeted grass range, short game area with sand bunker and putting greens. The state-of-the-art Village Green is among the largest practice facilities in Arizona, and also features a two acre putting green and landscaped desert garden, with sophisticated lighting and surround sound. This is the "ultimate" putting green experience! Additionally, the 2000 square foot Wigwam Golf University is home to the Jim McLean Golf School and its certified instructional staff, with video bays and strength training equipment. The Red Course (By Red Lawrence) plays alongside and over streams and ponds, and is a great compliment to the traditional Blue and Gold layouts. The property received the "Renovation of the Year Award by Golf Inc in 2006, and Golf Travel and Leisure (Sept 2006) awarded the Wigwam four # 1 and eight total top tree rankings in the "World's best Golf Resorts" survey!
