SHORT COURSE at the Boulders Resort

Golfers now have the option of experiencing the spectacular desert mountain terrain and unique boulder scenery offered by this luxury golf resort - in short form. The Boulders is now offering play on the front nines of both the North and South championship courses, in a par three format.

Play in this format is encouraged in mid-afternoon, when it is possible to get in nine or eighteen within a short period of time. The short set up is ideal for those wishing to work on their short games, for guests arriving late and anxious to begin the golf trip without waiting for the next morning for their first tee time, and for families, beginners, young players and seniors. Those on business with little tile for recreation, can also benefit from this opportunity.

For now, golfers can experience the front nine of the North, and also the front nine of the south as par three holes ranging from 35 yards to 225 yards long. There are 3 holes over 200 yards long and 11 more between 115 and 150 yards.

Of course only the greenside bunkers come into play, with 41 of the traps protecting the green complexes on the eighteen holes. On a non-busy fall saturday afternoon, I was able to play all 18 holes in just over 2 hours.

The Boulders courses are open for public play, and golfers of all skill levels can now experince the unique beauty and spectacular service and amenities of this fabulous property by playign the Short course - nine or eighteen holes. This is a revolutionary idea that caters to a wide variety of players - just making this incredible experience of the Boulders available to a wider clientele.
