Francisco Grande Hotel & Golf Resort

Website: www.franciscogrande.com

The Francisco Grande Hotel & Golf Resort was originally designed and built in 1961 to provide a training center and entertainment for the San Francisco Giants in 1961. In 2003, the property underwent an $8 million renovation and has been transformed into an up-scale, luxury boutique hotel with world-class, European-style service, while retaining the history and ambiance that was favored by guests such as John Wayne, Pat Boone, Willie Mays and more...

GOLF AT FRANCISCO GRANDE

Francisco Grande Hotel & Golf Resort

A traditional parkland golf course built in 1961, Francisco Grande has more than 1,500 trees, including mature Eucalyptus, Pine, Palm, Mesquite and Olive trees. Three lakes come into play on 5 holes. Wide fairways and generous landing areas are framed by desert terrain, which comes into play on only the most errant of shots. Francisco Grande is a superb test for all skill levels. From the back tees, the course is one of the longest in Arizona. Adroitly positioned middle and forward tees provide challenge and fun for mid-handicappers, beginners, women, seniors and juniors.

Also on property is a practice facility with driving range, large putting green, chipping green and practice bunker, as well as a John Jacob's golf school that offers individual as well as group instruction and clinics.
